The first step in the beef buying process is to submit your deposit. You can do that by visiting our online shop. You can find a detailed listing of each of our beef shares as well as pricing on this page


  • We will then be in touch with regards to your order– such as when your order will be available for pick-up or in some (rare)cases delivery, and depending on the size of your selection we’ll ask if you’d like to customize your order and discuss any additional offerings such as bones, organs, tongue, etc. Information on what you will receive in our standard cuts can be found here.
  • We will attempt to notify you a week in advance that your order is ready for pick up. At time of pick-up, your final payment will be due. Final payments for your beef, less your deposit are due before you pick up your beef. Payment can be made via credit card, cash, Venmo or PayPal.
  • If you decide to cancel your order within 3 months of the butchering date, you will forfeit your deposit and potentially may not be able to order from us again.
