REFUNDS AND RETURNS: Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns once the package is opened. If you received the wrong order send us an email immediately and do not open the soap. Once you open the product, we can not accept it for return or refund. Our soap products are very personal items and we are sure you understand why we can not accept returns.

ARTISTIC LICENSE: Since our products are all handmade, no two bars of soaps will look exactly the same. Please expect differences in our designs from time to time.

ALLERGIES: It is the responsibility of the user of our soaps to make sure they are not allergic to our products. Everyone’s skin is different and you must test soaps as you would anything else. If you are known to have sensitive skin, please test the soap on a small part of your arm for a few days prior to using it all over.

WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS: If you would like to sell our handmade products in your store, please contact us and tell us what you have in mind. We have stores currently selling our soaps successfully. Our soaps are very unique and once your customers start using our soaps, they will come back month after month.

PRIVACY: Information provided to us by our customers will always be kept confidential. We will never sell your information to any other organization.
