All of our meat is USDA Inspected, dry aged, vacuum sealed and flash frozen. Submit your beef deposit by visiting our online shop.
CHANGES FOR THE 2023 SEASON – Our pricing will no longer include butchering fees. You will need to pay the butcher upon picking up your beef. We are also no longer offering 1/8 beef shares.
Mixed 1/4 Beef ($5.80/lb hanging weight+ butcher fees) – includes a few more types of cuts than our eighth package. A great value that gives you all the beef standards like roasts, steaks and ground beef, but also items such as flank steak, brisket and short ribs. Average hanging weight is 125-150 pounds
1/2 Beef ($5.50/lb hanging weight+ butcher fees) – Half and whole beef customers enjoy the best value and have the ability to fully customize their order such as thickness of steaks, various cuts, bones and organ meat. We will work with you on cutting instructions for the butcher. Average hanging weight is 250-300 pounds.
Standard cut (not customized) would be:
Whole Beef ($5.50/lb hanging weight+ butcher fees) – Our lowest price per pound package. A whole beef is your very best value. Don’t need that much meat? Split your order with friends and family! Average hanging weight is 500-600 pounds.
Standard cut (not customized) would be:
